22 – 25 September 2025, Wrocław, Poland
Wrocław, often called the "Venice of Poland," is a vibrant city in southwestern Poland, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and lively cultural scene. Located on the banks of the Oder River, the city is spread across 12 islands connected by over 100 bridges, giving it a unique charm. The city's historic center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, includes the beautiful Market Square (Rynek), with colorful townhouses, lively cafes, and the iconic Gothic-style Town Hall.
The main venue for the conference talks is the Faculty of Biological Sciences building (formerly the Institute of Zoology) at ul. Sienkiewicza 21. The building is shown in the picture opposite.
The conference venue is next to the Botanical Garden and Ostrów Tumski, the oldest part of Wrocław, where the City begun. It is a 20-minute walk (1.5 km) from the Main Square.
